My name is Nastassja Spencer. I also go by the name Aleyah.

I started Greenhouse Effect Wellness to help others like myself.  

I’ve been able to change the quality of my skin, health, and mental hygiene through the use of my own all natural homemade products.

I started by changing my diet,  juicing custom blended nutritional  beverages ( coming soon), and by consuming naturally grown roots such as ginger, tumeric, and Jamaican seamoss. It has become very clear to me that health and happiness starts on the inside.

I later found my niche for crafting homemade soaps and skincare. 

My skin, overall health, and mental hygiene has never been better !!!
