Greenhouse Effect Wellness offers virtual and onsite personal training, spa parties, natural skincare, nutritional guidance, fitness, yoga, and meditation workshops in order to promote physical and mental well being in the lives of our clientele.
What in the world do we do? We bring the Greenhouse Effect to YOU! As a traveling service, we will train you onsite or virtually depending on your preference. We host Greenhouse themed Spa & Art Therapy parties for friends and families. No worries! We cover all age groups
Our wellness sessions include a well mapped out agenda providing a unique and therapeutic experience for clients. While enjoying the spa like ambiance, clients may also choose to participate in an optional workshops:
Creative SkillShop, Group Talk with Wine , Art therapy & Tea, Yoga, Meditation, and Clean-eating culinary workshop.
Clients walk away with cute goodie bags which include Greenhouse Effect sample goodies.
